I don't know about you, but I am excited about the young new construction leaders known as "Millennials". They are tech savvy team player's who focus on group effort rather than individual efforts. They're very motivated to reach the top as quickly as they can, and best of all they're looking for the easiest way to get there. Some call it lazy, but really they just work smarter, not harder. In that aspect, I love the "lazy" foreman who processes a task, trying to find the quickest route to accomplish his goals, without working 80 hours in a week. Employer's who embrace and mentor the Millennials will find they are rewarded with better production rates through collaboration, new ideas and innovations.
