Have you ever arrived on a new job site full of new employees who seem to have no sense of direction and worse, no desire to find it? It starts as utter chaos. No one is getting along or working together, materials aren't moving, and the structure certainly isn't rising. No production at all! Well, I have found there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Try being patient and really listening to the crew members and their feedback, they will start to listen as well. Everyone likes to feel they are valued and their opinion does matter. It's really amazing how quickly the team and job come together with something so simple.
