Giving Thanks on Thanksgiving

11/26/2015

In this weeks tip we want to show appreciation to all the hardworking people building some amazing structures, thanks for all you do!
As leaders we get caught up in deadlines, budgets, manpower, etc.…  which is great, that’s our job, but do we get so wrapped up in the work itself that we forget to appreciate how the work is getting done?

What better time than now to take a few minutes to think about how thankful you are to have such dedicated employees?

They show up before the sun, regardless of the weather and work in pretty harsh conditions and rough terrain.  They work long, hard days and let’s be honest, sometimes have to deal with some pretty severe tempers.

Every employee plays a very important role in providing a safe, productive work place, and we should be very thankful to each and every one.

When you return to work from your holiday weekend, remember to show your gratitude with a quick thank you, or a pat on the back.

From the Constructorator crew to you and yours, have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving. Thanks for all you do!
